Advisory Group on Reading Instruction
In
2004, a group of New Hampshire adult educators with
valuable experience in teaching beginning readers
agreed to meet at the request of the Bureau of Adult
Education. Their charge was to develop recommendations
for best practices in adult beginning reading instruction.
The group, chaired by Susan Bubp, developed recommendations
and related resources.
