The New Hampshire Bureau of Adult Education supports educational services to adults who have not received a high school diploma or GEDcertificate or who do not read, write, or speak English.  Grants to school districts and not-for-profit organizations make it possible for local adult education programs to serve adult learners whose skills range from very basic to high school level.
 
GED
Classes to prepare for success on GED Tests and information about the GED Testing program.
 
ESOL
FREE classes to improve speaking, listening, reading and writing in English. 
 
ABE
FREE classes to improve basic skills in reading, writing, and math. Also for pre-GED study.
 
ALS
FREE small classes or tutoring--in basic skills, GED preparation, and ESOL.
 
AHS
Classes to earn credits to complete the adult high school diploma.
